Went for a run for the first time in over a week this morning.

It went so much better than I expected. I thought that I would be completely out of shape and struggling for 1-minute running intervals, but the run actually went great. I alternated between 1 and 1 1/2 minute running intervals for the whole three miles, which means I should be back to 2 minute intervals in a week or two. It felt good to get that runner’s high again :) I also felt nice to be back on track towards getting in shape for Mongolia.
